MapSelect provides tools to generate terrain heightmaps and related exports from public elevation sources. The service is provided on an as-is basis.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt availability, or use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Data Sources and Third Parties
MapSelect uses third-party data sources and services. Your use is subject to those providers' terms and licenses. See the Imprint page for attributions.
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices and plan terms are shown at checkout. Subscription renewals may occur automatically until canceled.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider terms and applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
Outputs are generated from public data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating results before production use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapSelect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
